OpenForBiz is operated by C&M IT Solutions LTD, registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 20 Morris Drive, Stafford, ST16 3YE.

By using OpenForBiz at openforbiz.uk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

What we provide

OpenForBiz is an AI-powered tool that analyses the online presence of UK businesses and produces a visibility audit report. Our service includes:

• A free visibility score based on publicly available information about your business
• A detailed paid report including identified issues, recommendations and AI-generated copy suggestions
• Optional monthly monitoring of your business's online presence

Accuracy of reports

Our audit reports are generated using a combination of automated web scanning, the Google Maps Platform API, and AI language models. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, please note:

• Reports reflect the state of publicly available information at the time the audit was run
• AI-generated suggestions (such as meta descriptions and Google Business descriptions) are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use
• We cannot guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in specific improvements to search rankings or customer enquiries
• Directory and review data may not always be complete due to third party website restrictions

OpenForBiz reports are intended as guidance only and do not constitute professional SEO, marketing or legal advice.

Payments and refunds

Payment for full reports is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

As our reports are digitally delivered immediately upon payment, we are not required to offer a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the report has been delivered. However, if you believe there is a significant error in your report, please contact us at hello@openforbiz.uk and we will review your case.

Monthly monitoring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.

Acceptable use

When using OpenForBiz, you agree not to:

• Submit audits for businesses you do not own or have no legitimate interest in
• Use our service to gather competitive intelligence in bulk
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or automate our service
• Submit false or misleading business information
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

The OpenForBiz platform, including its design, code and methodology, is owned by C&M IT Solutions LTD. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our platform without written permission.

The content of your audit report — including the AI-generated copy suggestions — is provided for your use in connection with your business. You may use, adapt and publish this content as you see fit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&M IT Solutions LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of OpenForBiz, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant report or service.

Third party services

Our service relies on third party APIs including Google Maps Platform, Anthropic, Stripe and Resend. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third party services, and their use is subject to their own terms of service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OpenForBiz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify existing customers of material changes by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
